I’m sure I’ve shown you pictures of Leela before. She is my roommate’s fawn pug but she and I spend a lot of time together. I’ve been spending time in my room working on paperwork and whatnot. Leela enjoys laying on my bed while I am working. Yesterday, I was cuddled up on the bed knitting this scarf, watching “30 Rock” on Netflix and enjoying my new heating pad. Or…trying to.
Someone beat me to it. She also wanted help knitting.

I keep planning posts and whatnot but I haven’t been able to take pictures for the posts due to the crazy weather we’ve been having and lack of being home during the day. My plan is to take roughly 100,000 pictures this weekend so I can make posts soon.
I just wanted to make a post asking you guys to keep my dog, Bill Murray, in your thoughts. He is currently at the vet to get neutered, but he has to have surgery because one of testicles never dropped. I took him this morning for his busy day. On top of that, he is also getting his yearly shots, tested for heartworms, and his nails trimmed (this needs to happen while he’s out). I got a call a little bit after I took him to the vet and he is going to need another surgery on his nose, he has apparently been having troubles breathing and we had no clue.
I am so thrilled that for once I was able to afford this stuff without really having to prepare. I am so thankful for this wonderful job and the way my life is starting to go. Things are so much better.
Knitting posts will resume…this weekend, I believe. I finished a hat for me last night that I cannot wait to show off!
UPDATE
Murray is doing fine! He has to wear the cone for 2 weeks. He’s still really groggy but luckily someone will always be home so he’s not alone. Poor pup =[
